The Black Caps have beaten Bangladesh by 66 runs in the first Twenty20 cricket international at Hamilton's Seddon Park

Batting first, the home side posted 210 for three, with Devon Conway top scoring with an unbeaten 92 off 52 balls.

Bangladesh struggled with the bat, making 144 for eight.

Black Caps spin bowler Ish Sodhi dominated with the ball, finishing the match with figures of four for 28.

New Zealand captain Tim Southee told Spark Sport he's pleased with his side's performance - given they are rather inexperienced.
