BNZ says it's sorted out a problem after it asked for patience from customers to fix a glitch with its website and app

Some customers said they weren't able to see their bank transactions or up-to-date balances.
A BNZ spokesman says tit was a display issue only, and the funds were actually in the customers' account.
The bank wouldn't say what caused it.
BNZ says the problem has now been fixed.
