Chief Medaria Arradondo has been on the stand at the trial of former officer Derek Chauvin, who has pleaded not guilty to the murder and manslaughter of George Floyd.
US correspondent Anna Burns-Francis says Arrandondo's been talking about police training.
She says that includes detailing when force is and isn't required ... and Arrandondo's already been clear that Chauvin went too far.
