    Canterbury homeowners urged to apply for Southern Response payout

    Canterbury homeowners are being urged to apply for their part of a 300 million dollar payout from Southern Response


    The High Court last year found the Government-owned insurer had engaged in misleading and deceptive conduct.

    Now at least 3000 policyholders who settled claims before October 1, 2014 are set to receive about 100,000 dollars each.

    They will need to engage with a lawyer to apply for the balance.
