Police are renewing their plea - and offering a 100-thousand-dollar reward - for information on the disappearance of Amber-Lee Cruickshank, in October 1992.
The two-year-old was staying with family at Kingston, on the southern shores of Lake Wakatipu, when she vanished.
She hasn't been seen since, despite extensive land and water searches.
Police will fork out for any information or evidence that helps them to identify and convict the person responsible for the toddler's disappearance.
Any "accomplice" who comes forward may receive immunity.
Nicola Cruickshank says she's been waiting for years for her daughter to come home.
She says it's been 29 agonising years, waiting for information and praying for her nightmare to end.
