It's too late to stop tomorrow's bus strike, but efforts continue to make it a one-off

It's too late to stop tomorrow's bus strike, but efforts continue to make it a one-off

Wellington drivers are striking for 24 hours from 4am tomorrow, after pay negotiations broke down with NZ Bus.

26 bus routes in Wellington city will be affected, disrupting travel for thousands, on the eve of a long weekend.

Metlink general manager Scott Gallacher says it's really disappointing, and they're continuing to work with both parties to try and find a resolution.
