    Six people are injured after a two-car smash in Christchurch


    Emergency services were called to the intersection of Edgeware Road and Cranford Street shortly after 8am.

    Two people with moderate injuries and four with minor injuries have been taken to hospital.

    Police say motorists can expect significant delays over the next hour - and should avoid the area.
