The All Blacks are heading to the home of the Warriors

The All Blacks are heading to the home of the Warriors

They'll kick off their 2021 season against Tonga at Mount Smart Stadium on July 3rd, the first time they've ever played at the venue.

And it's likely to be a sea of red, like it was during the 2017 Rugby League World Cup semi-final where Mate Ma'a Tonga came close to upsetting England in the semis.

The All Blacks then head to Dunedin on July 10th and Hamilton a week later for tests against Fiji - their first matches against them since 2011.

The Wellington Phoenix have pre sold 13 thousand tickets for Saturday's home match against Western United at Sky Stadium.

The club arrive in the capital this afternoon to prepare for their first game in Wellington in more than a year.

The national mountain biking champion has all but confirmed his spot for Tokyo.

Anton Cooper has backed up last weekend's 6th placing in the opening round of the world cup in Germany, with an eighth placed finish this morning's round in the Czech Republic.
