Wolves have announced manager Nuno Espirito Santo will step down from his role following the club's English Premier League season finale against Manchester United on Monday morning

The Portuguese has spent four seasons in charge at Molineux , earning promotion from the Championship and guiding the club to the quarter-finals of the Europa League.
Nuno also gained back-to-back seventh placings in the Premier League.
Wolves say the decision was made by mutual agreement.
