There are no reports of damage following a 6.5 magnitude earthquake that struck in the South Pacific

The tremor had a depth of 10 kilometres and hit the Fiji region at about quarter past 10 this morning.
There is no current Tsunami threat - according to the US Pacific Tsunami Warning Centre.
