    A lucky punter in the Waikato is waking up $16.5 million dollars richer after scooping Powerball


    The winning lotto ticket was bought online.

    Another player took home 500-thousand dollars and purchased their ticket from Paper Plus Mount Maunganui, but didn't get the Powerball number to share in the top prize.
