A memorial plaque's been unveiled for Auckland police officer Constable Matthew Hunt

A memorial plaque's been unveiled for Auckland police officer Constable Matthew Hunt

Tomorrow marks one year since the 24-year-old was killed during a traffic stop in Massey.

Police Commissioner Andrew Coster and Hunt's family were at the plaque ceremony today at Henderson Police Station.

Coster says his death impacted officers greatly, particularly those who worked closely with him during his two years in the police.
