    A "no pressure" approach from her SD Worx team is paying dividends for kiwi Niamh Fisher-Black at cycling's Giro d'Italia Donne


    Fisher-Black is wearing the best young rider's jersey and is ninth overall in the general classification after six stages.

    Her teammates occupy the three spots on the podium, with three time champion Anna van der Breggen wearing the tour leader's pink jersey.

    Fisher-Black says her team has a long term vision for her, and they don't mind whether she has good or bad days.
