Colliers' latest report on the hotel market confirms a recovery, with occupancy rates between 50 and 60 percent in all major regions, expect Queenstown.
National Director of Hotels Dean Humphries says there's a strong demand domestically.
He says it's not just with leisure but in the domestic business and events sector.
