Stats New Zealand is set to release official data on our country's inflation rate over the past three months, at 10.45 this morning.
Kiwibank Chief Economist Jarrod Kerr is picking the annual inflation rate will hit three per cent.
He says global supply chain disruptions caused by Covid-19 have led to rising shipping costs and delays in sourcing materials.
