Regular skipper Roger Tuivasa-Sheck has been ruled out with concussion, and Rocco Berry's hamstring also won't be right in time for the match.
It comes after Tohu Harris was already ruled out for the rest of the season with a knee injury and Wade Egan on a similar timeframe with his shoulder.
Adam Pompey will return to the centres for Berry, Jack Murchie for Harris and Jazz Tevaga will start at hooker for Egan.
Kodi Nikorima moves back into the halves, with Taniela Otukolo coming onto the bench.
Kane Evans, who is under fire for writing an obscenity on his wrist at the weekend, misses out on the 17.
