Flooding in Wellington as the capital endures a second bout of heavy rainfall in a month

Heavy showers began around 10 this morning, and it's expected to continue into the week.
Already streets in Newtown, Oriental Bay, Kaiwharawhara, Churton Park, Island Bay, Hataitai and Wadestown are experiencing flooding.
Wellington City Council spokesperson Richard Maclean says calls are coming in and it's raining heavily all across the region.
