The deadline has been extended to September 9 by Judge Deborah Marshall as she nears a decision about whether to hold an inquest.
This will allow interested parties to submit concerns that they believe haven't been resolved by the prosecution process or the Royal Commission of Inquiry report.
The Chief Coroner's Office says the extension's related to the lockdown, and the decision on an inquiry will be made once submissions have been analysed.
