It seems more New Zealanders may be willing to ask for help when they've had problems with their bank

Complaints to the banking Ombudsmen are up six percent this year compared with last year.
The complaints were mostly around accounts and lending, followed by payment methods, bank cards and investments
96 percent of complaints were resolved in a matter of days.
Banking Ombudsmen Nicola Sladden says the key to solving problems is to report them as early as possible.
