Prop Kane Evans has been cited twice - a grade two contrary conduct charge and a grade one dangerous contact charge to the head-neck area.
Fellow front-rower Matt Lodge has been hit with a grade one dangerous contact charge.
Fullback Reece Walsh and utility forward Jazz Tevaga have both received grade one contrary conduct charges.
