Most of Christchurch City Council's public facilities have re-opened to the public
8 September 2021
From today everywhere, apart from Auckland, have dropped down to alert level 2.
The city's libraries, pools, sport and recreation centres, art gallery and museum are all re-opening under level 2 restrictions.
They include mandatory mask use and record keeping for most public places.
Some indoor facilities will also be restricting visitor numbers to ensure a two metre physical distance can be maintained.
