    Lister Helicopters say they've lost a much-loved employee and friend


    The Milton based company has confirmed one of its choppers was involved in a fatal crash near Dunedin this morning.

    The solo flight, reportedly between Milton to Alexandra, was reported overdue at 5.30am.

    Wreckage of the Squirrel model helicopter has been found at Deep Creek in Otago.

    Owner Alister Lister says they're working with all of the agencies involved in investigating this tragedy.
