The 100th meeting between the sides in Townsville is the first time the sides have met since the 2019 Rugby World Cup pool stages in Yokohama.
It's also remarkably the only time anyone in the current All Black group in Brisbane has played a 'world champion' side, given they held the mantle from 2011 to 2019.
