Customer abuse has become too much for one boutique Wellington retailer

Customer abuse has become too much for one boutique Wellington retailer

The Sewing Depot in Petone has closed its doors temporarily after incidents of name-calling, shouting and even stock being thrown at staff.

Owner Ana Warnock says the abuse stemmed from customers getting stressed by Covid rules...

She says they pride themselves on customer service but when the abuse got too much it was a line she had to draw.
