The Courier Mail reports recruitment manager Peter O'Sullivan has handed in his notice and will join Wayne Bennett and the newly-formed Dolphins in a similar role.
As of Monday, players off contract at the end of next season can negotiate with the 17 NRL clubs for deals in the 2023 season and beyond.
O'Sullivan joined the Warriors in 2018.
