    Cyclist Campbell Stewart is ready to ready to 'embrace the hurt' in the Tour of Southland which gets underway this afternoon


    The eight stage race gets underway at Midday with a team time trial prologue before stage one starts at three o'clock.

    Stewart says climbing the Remarkables will be particularly brutal.
