Dunedin Hospital is set to become the epicentre of the Southern District Health Board's Covid plan

It's revealed all Covid-19 cases in Southland and Otago, that require hospitalisation will be sent to Dunedin.
It comes as the DHB reaches 90 percent for first dose vaccinations.
Director of quality and clinical governance solutions Dr Hywel Lloyd says Dunedin Hospital has the capabilities to deal with cases.
He says Southland and rural hospitals will only test patients and hold them before transporting them to Dunedin.
