Greenpeace says dairy and fertilisers are to blame for New Zealand's declining climate performance

The international Climate Change Performance Index has downgraded the country seven points from last year's ranking.
We're now in 35th place.
Lead agriculture campaigner Christine Rose says even though industrial agriculture is a significant emitter, the Government's sitting on its hands.
She says the Government could address the emissions by eliminating synthetic nitrogen fertiliser, and lowering the cow stocking rate.
