Black Cap Trent Boult has ticked off a major career milestone, following a successful day two of the second cricket test against Bangladesh in Christchurch

Boult has taken 300 test wickets, achieving the mak in the same number of innings as fellow paceman Tim Southee - 142.

That mark came with his five wickets for 43 runs to dismiss Bangladesh for 126, who now trail New Zealand by 395.



Novak Djokovic has made the most of freedom, taking part in a training session at Melbourne's Rod Laver Arena within hours of being released from immigration.

His hopes of pursuing a record 21st Grand Slam title at the Australian Open have been given a major boost.

Djokovic tweeted a photograph of himself and his team on the stadium's main court, just after midnight Melbourne time.
