    Covid-19 is continuing to creep into more corners of the country


    Health officials are investigating two new Covid cases in Canterbury, to be included in today's case numbers.

    The cases visited several Christchurch locations on Wednesday and Thursday last week -- including Ballantynes, Riverside Market, Kmart Riccarton, Christchurch Casino, and Christchurch Adventure Park.

    New locations of interest have also been identified Bay of Islands, Auckland, Taupo, Waiouru, Fielding, Palmerston North, Carterton, Lower Hutt and Wellington.

    Among them -- last weekend's Plane Sailing Music Festival at Auckland's Victoria Park.

    Yesterday's 14 community cases and nine border cases, included cases in Auckland, Waikato, Northland and Wellington.
