31-year-old Justin Stein has been charged over the death of nine-year-old Charlise Mutten.

His lawyer has told a court his client wants to be kept away from other inmates for his own safety.

Meanwhile, Police have revealed GPS technology and CCTV tracking helped them in their arrest.
