National MPs need to focus on their portfolios and big issues - rather than themselves

National MPs need to focus on their portfolios and big issues - rather than themselves

This from Chris Luxon, after revelations list MP Harete Hipango had asked a staff member to remove the controversies section of her Wikipedia page.

She's acknowledged it wasn't a good decision, and it's since been restored.

The National party leader says it was silly and unwise - but suggests there are bigger issues in the country.

He says New Zealanders are more interested in big issues like the burgeoning cost of living and how to get hold of a rapid antigen test.
