    A legend in one boat is paying tribute to another who is heading into retirement


    Lisa Carrington's been awarded the Lonsdale Cup by the New Zealand Olympic Committee for her three-gold medal wins at the Tokyo Games.

    It comes a day after Hamish Bond announced his retirement from rowing with three gold medals to his name.
