    Zoe Hobbs has cleared a major hurdle in her hopes of featuring at July's Athletics World Championships in Oregon


    The Kiwi sprinter has set a new New Zealand record and personal best in the women's 100 metres, with a time of 11-point-1-4 seconds at the Hawke's Bay Athletics Championships.

    The time is zero-point-one seconds under the World Championships A standard.
