    A Christchurch city councillor is calling a working group's recommendations on the Three Waters reform are nonsense


    The group of council and iwi representatives is suggesting a shareholding structure to maintain public ownership of drinking water, wastewater and stormwater services.

    Councillor Sam MacDonald claims it's no different to the original proposal.

    He says it's clear the council wouldn't get representation based on its portion of the assets.
