A short stint in America has helped Tom Walsh find his rhythm ahead of this weekend's World Indoor Athletics Championships in Serbia

The Kiwi shot putter heaved 21.55 metres to win at the nationals earlier this month, a fair distance shorter than his 22.90 metre personal best.
Walsh says he would've loved to have thrown further this season, but he's not dwelling on it.
The championships start tonight with sprinter Zoe Hobbs and middle distance runner Geordie Beamish in action.
