Retail NZ is hailing a move towards a greater sense of normality

As of April 5, vaccine passes and QR code scanning will no longer be required.
Chief executive Greg Harford says the change is outstanding for the likes of cafes, hairdressers and beauty services.
He says it will help encourage people to get back out and support their local businesses.
However Harford says mask rules need to be looked at - with the loose self-exemption process creating tensions for retail workers.
