Dunedin City Council appears to have had a change of heart over Three Waters

It's voted to revoke last month's decision to join Communities 4 Local Democracy.

The body is a new local government action group set up to oppose the controversial water reforms.

Dunedin's decision to join prompted mana whenua to walk away from its relationship with the city council.

Mayor Aaron Hawkins says the relationship has been shaken by the brief membership, but repairs are underway.
