    One person's dead following a serious crash in Auckland

    One person's dead following a serious crash in Auckland


    Emergency services were called to the two-vehicle crash on Hills Road in Otara just after 8.30 tonight.

    Police say the person died at the scene.

    The road's closed and diversions are in place while the Serious Crash Unit investigates.

    Motorists are being asked to avoid the area.
