    Dominic Thiem's wait for a win continues upon his return to top-level tennis


    The former world number three has been knocked out in the opening round of the Geneva Open by Marco Cecchinato in straight sets.

    He has gone more than a year without a win, losing all six matches this season after coming back in March from surgery on his wrist.
