The Southern Steel have accounted for the Waikato-Bay of Plenty Magic 68-57 in Invercargill in netball's ANZ Premiership

The Southern Steel have accounted for the Waikato-Bay of Plenty Magic 68-57 in Invercargill in netball's ANZ Premiership

The Steel won three of the four quarters, led by a 50-goal shooting effort from George Fisher in the circle.

Captain Shannon Saunders is relatively pleased...

With three games left, it keeps the Steel in the playoff mix.

Earlier, it was the Stars who were too strong for cross-town rivals the Northern Mystics 59-38.
