A lot has changed since Emma Twigg won gold in Tokyo last year, but she's enjoying the change of pace

The Olympic champion rower has received a Queen's Birthday Honour becoming a Member of the New Zealand Order of Merit, alongside women's pair winners from Tokyo Kerri Williams nee Gowler and Grace Prendergast.

At the end of April Twigg became a mum to her son Tommy, which she says has changed her perspective on life.
