The Stars aligned throughout the court in last night's elimination final, but it was goal attack Jamie Hume who shone

The Stars will meet the Central Pulse in Sunday's ANZ Premiership grand final in Wellington, beating cross town rivals the Northern Mystics 63-57 in the elimination final in Auckland.

Hume was cool calm and collected, shooting 21 goals from 25 attempts at 84 percent.

Stars captain Maia Wilson says Hume's shooting volume was key to their success.
