The Prime Minister says it's important to learn the lessons around PCR testing mistakes

A Ministry of Health review has found testing wasn't up to snuff when the Omicron outbreak began.
Jacinda Ardern says the report reinforces what was traversed at the time.
She says it's clear at the time there was a view we had greater PCR capacity than we did -- but we were transitioning to RATs.
Ardern says there was no shortage of testing available, and that transition is now complete, but it is still useful to go back and see what could have been done better.
