Leading the Kiwis out onto Mt Smart Stadium against Tonga on Saturday night promises to be a watershed moment in the career of Jesse Bromwich

    - article from www.rugbyleague.co.nz

Coach Michael Maguire has handed the Storm co-captain the skipper's armband, five years after he last captained the side.

Bromwich was stripped of the captaincy and his place in the Kiwis after being caught taking cocaine at a Canberra nightclub in 2017.

He says he's a different person now.

All Whites striker Kosta Barbarouses has revealed he turned down a two year contract extension offer from Sydney FC to return to the Wellington Phoenix for a third stint.

The four-time A-League champion started his professional career at the Phoenix in 2008.

A 'dunn' deal for the Mainland Tactix.

The Canterbury netball side have confirmed the signing of Aliyah Dunn after the Central Pulse announced she wouldn't be part of their ANZ Premiership title defence next season.

Dunn joins Te Paea Selby Rickett and Hannah Glen as the Tactix shooters for 2023.
