    A 31-year-old man will face New Plymouth District Court today - charged with the murder of a young woman who died in a house fire in May


    He's also charged with arson, after the body of 21-year-old Emma Field was found at the burned Devon Street property.

    Emma's family describe her as a precious angel who grew her wings too soon, and say she was loved beyond words.

    Detective Inspector Brent Matuku has acknowledged the staff who worked tirelessly throughout the difficult investigation.
