    Kayaker Lisa Carrington has powered into the K1 200 final at the world championships in Canada


    The triple Olympic champion has not lost a major international race over the distance since 2011.

    Carrington then teamed with Alicia Hoskin to advance to the semi-finals in the K2 500.
