A political commentator thinks bullying in Parliament is an ongoing problem

It comes as Labour MP Gaurav Sharma accused other MPs and party whips, of workplace bullying in an opinion piece and on Facebook.

The allegations come as National deal with their own bullying scandal, which has slightly taken the heat off them.

NZME Head of Business Fran O'Sullivan told TVNZ's Q&A it's not good enough for a sitting MP to be in a position where this isn't taken seriously.

She says it wasn't entirely gaslighting as Sharma has problems himself, but this is an endemic issue in Parliament.
