    A motorcyclist is critically injured after plowing into a parked vehicle in Auckland's One Tree Hill - after failing to stop for Police


    The stolen bike was spotted on Campbell Road, and although police didn't pursue, its rider hit a car on Rawhiti Road.

    They've been taken to Auckland City Hospital and the Independent Police Conduct Authority has been notified.
