    A Hamilton woman who ploughed her car into her partner, and left him for dead - has been found guilty of murder


    Zhane Te Awhina Faiers admitted Ropati Shortland's manslaughter in May last year -- but defended the murder charge.

    A majority verdict was heard in the High Court at Hamilton today after a week-long trial.

    Sentencing is expected to be in September.
